Infuse approx 3g (1 teaspoon) in a cup of near-boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Drink 1 cup daily

1- So what is a Tisane ?

Also known as herbal teas, tisanes are infusions made from leaves of various plants other than the Camellia sinensis plant (Green tea, Black tea, White tea, Oolong, etc.). Tisanes are typically free of caffeine and can be served hot or cold.

Most tisanes are prepared as an infusion or a decoction by pouring boiling water over the herbs, which releases more essential oils and flavor from the leaves.

    it’s quite tasty. A tart hibiscus taste but balanced with the rooibos and a nice fruity flavour. A pleasant tea with about a teaspoon of honey.
